Jarraff Industries joins the Prinoth group


Jarraff Industries, headquartered in St. Peter, MN, announces the signing of an agreement to sell 100% of its share capital to PRINOTH, which is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of snow groomers, tracked vehicles and vegetation management vehicles and equipment. The agreement came into effect on October 1.

The transaction is a positive strategic adjustment for both companies. Jarraff Industries offers a line of specialized equipment that will enhance and complement the existing line of PRINOTH products, such as hydraulic mulcher heads, the RAPTOR line of mulcher conveyors and the PANTHER line of tracked transporters. This will also increase PRINOTH’s presence in the United States.
